City Views Bonn – Mobile Cinema

From Saturday 6 – Monday 8 September (8.30 pm) the mobile cinema “Laster der Nacht” from Leipzig presents ”Beethoven und die Frauen”  (Beethoven and the Women), also called “Der Märtyrer seines Herzens” (The Martyr of his Heart), at Mülheimer Platz (September 6/8) and Regina-Pacis-Weg 7 (September 7). The silent movie from 1918 on the life of Beethoven, with Fritz Kortner, Elsa Heller and Nelly Hochwald, was produced by Count Alexander Joseph Kolowrat-Krakowsky (Sascha-Film). Live music by Tobias Rank (piano) and Gunthard Stephan (violin).

City Views Bonn – International amicable Meeting

On Saturday, September 6, the 16th International amicable Meeting (Internationales Begegnungsfest) was organized at Rheinaue. On the open-air stage artists from all over the world presented songs and dances which told stories about their land and its culture.
