City Views Bonn/Bonner Sommer - Bishop's Stortford High School in Concert

Tuesday, July 13, brass band, modern jazz ensemble, choir and guitar trio of Bishop’s Stortford High School from Herfordshire/England visited Bonn to give a free concert on the large open-air stage at “Klanggrund”. “Klanggrund” –  better known as “Bonner Loch” -  in front of the Main Station is Bonn’s summer concert venue during restoration works of the old town hall at the market place. Despite the really hot weather this day, the approx. 30 young musicians, directed by Dubheasa Bray and Tim Litchfield, performed a brilliant and very applauded concert with a varied programme, from John Dowland to Miles Davies.
